Tim Tam Tarts
4 Frozen Sweet Tart Cases
1/2 200g packet of Tim Tams
1/2 cup smooth Ricotta Cheese
2 tablespoons caster sugar
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
1/2 cup thickened cream, whipped
2 tablespoons Silvered Almonds
1 tablespoon Honey
Preheat oven to 180c
Bake tart cases on a baking tray for 20mins or until lightly browned; cool
Blend or process biscuits into crumbs
Combine biscuits, ricotta, sugar, coconut and whipped cream. Spoon mixture into tart cases.
Sprinkle with almonds and drizzle with honey. Serve immediately.
